Answer #1

5. Since a large positive integer is not well defined, hence the described object is not a set.

6. The described object is an empty set as n2 cannot be negative for any rational number n.

7. n is an integer such that 207 < n3 < 997 or, (207)1/3 < n < (997)1/3 or,   5.91481595 < n < 9.989989753. Hence the described object is the set { 6,7,8,9}.

8. Since almost an integer is not well defined, hence the described object is not a set.

I need to answer #3 could be done in only one way, we see that if we take the table for G and rename the identity e, the next element listed a, and the last element b, the resulting table for G must be the same as the one we had for G. As explained in Section 3, this renaming gives an isomorphism of the group G' with the group G. Definition 3.7 defined the notion of isomorphism and of...

This C++ Program consists of: operator overloading, as well as experience with managing dynamic memory allocation inside a class. Task One common limitation of programming languages is that the built-in types are limited to smaller finite ranges of storage. For instance, the built-in int type in C++ is 4 bytes in most systems today, allowing for about 4 billion different numbers. The regular int splits this range between positive and negative numbers, but even an unsigned int (assuming 4 bytes)...
