1- The four organizational levels are-

Top level of management which include people like CEO, COO, CIO, CFO, president etc. They are responsbile for running business strategically and make important business decisions.

Middle level management which include people below Top management. These are managers responsible for managing thier department like HR manager, Marketing manager , Finance manager etc.

Supervisor and team leaders are those who involved in managing low level employees in the organization. They are the people who lead them and take work from low level employees. for example- supervisor in a factory, Supervisor at store.

Lower level employees which are operational worker. They are the actual muscle of the company. They get instructions and message from top and work to achieve goals of the company.

2- Three firms are Walmart, Nike and Amazon.

I like Walmart the most because Walmart is the place where we get all kinds of products at single place at low price.Walmart also take orders online. In india, Walmart run via Flipkart very famous e commerce site giving competition to Amazon. Flipkart is acquired by walmart to grow its business in india.

3- The Management information system is the type which both large as well as small companies uses. This is IS which make up of hardware and software that serves as the backbone of an organization's operations.

Large organization like Amazon, Walmart etc uses MIS application system to gather and analyze data to make decisions as well as small companies like small firms, shops etc use MIS to gather and analyze data like daily transactions, employees record etc.
