To explain in simple terms, normalization is a process of systematic method for ensuring the database structure meant for general purpose querying. Also it helps to free the undesirable characteristics which could result in data integrity loss.

When we have employee table, then the undesirable insertion, updation or deletion should be prevented.reduces the way to reform it again etc.
