1) The 4 types of test with Pros and Cons are:

Aptitude test:

Pros = It helps to check general intelligence of a candidate as per the requirement

Cons = It is not suitable for a highly technical nature of work and may filter out best suited candidate

Physical test:

Pros = The test is helpful to check physical condition of candidates as per job requirement

Cons = Determining the minimum standard and criteria is a challenge for any particular work and can lead to subjectivity

Interview:

Pros = It helps to better know the candidate and individualized questions can be asked

Cons = It is highly subjective in nature and becomes challenging to compare performance of different candidates

Personality Assessment:

Pros = It helps to check candidates of grounds which makes them ideal as per company’s culture

Cons = It can be problematic and difficult to measure as it may discriminate against individuals
