In regards to aptitude, psychological, personality, integrity and drug testing of employment testing, do you think that individuals can respond to these tests the way that they believe an employer wants rather than truthfully?

The answer to the statement truly depends on the testing center and its operating structure and also the employer, hence it is twp-way street.

Individual will able to present the results of various test such as aptitude, psychological or drug test and avoid the true facts only when:

  • When employer have no control over the mechanism
  • When individual is free to choose the center and bring up the reports
  • When no re-confirmation of the results is taken by the employer
  • Personality and Integrity can be tricked sometimes to show-cast the not-so-real side
  • When employer considers it a mere formality for the law process.
  • When individual knows the issues that may hinder employment contract, he/she will make use of above loopholes.
