M/s SA is one of the largest airline company in Middle East region. Since many countries in sub-continent was nt linked by means of road and railways due to geographical structure so the government decided to start airline transportation connecting several other countries. M/s SA later decided to start services to other countries as many of the citizens living in the sub-continent were of foreign nationals. The company went on to purchase many latest passenger aircrafts due to increase in number of passengers using the M/s SA airline services. The growth of M/s SA was mainly because of the countries rich oil resource and related business. Globalization term rightly suits the growth strategy of an international airline. The airline company becomes global when it starts involving people from different countries form as single team and work towards a common goal. The target of a global airline company is to expand its mobility and offer service to other countries thereby exchanging the culture, trade and people migration, enhancing cash flow and sharing the technology.
