Earth is the only planet whose lithosphere is divided into lithospheric plates and since the asthenosphere is have plasticity and slowly moves which put a drag force on these lithospheric plates and hence they move and all other planets either don’t have their lithospheric broken in plates or have plastic layer under lithosphere and therefore the correct option is option third that’s Earth only.

The straight rilles in moon and the lobster scraps on mercury were the result of contraction of the crust which caused the faulting of the crust and therefore the statement in the question is a correct statement.
