Mean of the sampling distribution is 3 = μ = 30

standard error is = \tiny \sigma _{\bar{x}}=\frac{\sigma }{\sqrt{n}}=\frac{9}{\sqrt{36}}=\frac{9}{6}=1.5

So, 30 and 1.5 is the answer.
