standard error is = $\dpi{150} \tiny \sigma _{\bar{x}}=\frac{\sigma }{\sqrt{n}}=\frac{9}{\sqrt{36}}=\frac{9}{6}=1.5$

So, 30 and 1.5 is the answer.
