i) There will be no net force on the loop. We know that F = Idl x B. So, when we take each small current into account and integrate it over the loop then we will get net summation as zero. So, net force = 0

ii) There will be net torque acting on the loop. This will turn the loop clockwise.

iii) Each current carrying loop is like a dipole. So, the magnetic field due to left coil sets north pole in between the both coil where as right coil sets south pole in between the coils. Since the north pole of left coil and the south pole of right coil are near each other they will attract.
