Wien's law is λ max = k / T, where k= 2898 μm K and T= temperature in kelvin

walls at 300 K: is 9.66 μm

ice water at 273 K := 10.61 μm

hot water at 373 K := 7.76μm

skin at 310 K:= 9.34μm

   incandescent light bulb at 3000 K = 0.966 μm
