The coordinate of initial and final point are approximately

P_i=3.5\times10^5$ Pa$; V_i=0.006$ m$^3\\ P_f=3.5\times10^5$ Pa$; V_f=0.022$ m$^3\\

Hence work done will be (Isobaric process)

\Delta W=P\Delta V=3.5\times10^5\times(0.022-0.006)=5600$ J$

Given that

\Delta U=-3800$ J$

Hence Heat added will be

\Delta Q=\Delta U+\Delta W=-3800+5600=1800$ J$
