3. Self disclosure can be powerful but can be inappropriate. Share an experience that you have had with self disclosure that was of value to you. The self disclosure can be a time you self disclosed or it can be a time when someone self disclosed to you. Remember self disclosure should be for the value of others not yourself!

1. Promoting workplace diversity can be a step towards creating an organization which has individuals who have a greater level of sensitization towards people who belong to different ethnicity and culture. A group that promotes multicultural understanding should comprise of people who score good on psychological scales of Multicultural awareness, empathy, organizational citizenship behaviour, the group must be comprised of people who belong to people with different cultural backgrounds and even minorities. They must be given an introductory seminars that promotes the richness of each of theirs culture and history of origin or tradition of these cultures. Also promote why each of them is irreplaceable and important.

2. No, because a very vibrant sensory stimulus might stimulate their senses as they are sensory seekers and keep them very much distracted.

3. Self disclosure is very powerful while you are trying to form a rapport with someone, the person can easily relate to you, however if sharing such information which is very sensitive and private one must do it only to people you trust a lot. I remember when i newly joined school there was shy girl whom i used to talk a little, one day i was very sad and she asked me what is it about i told the reason to her and since that day she is my best friend till now.
