Promoting workplace diversity can be a step towards creating an organization which has individuals who have a greater level of sensitization towards people who belong to different ethnicity and culture. A group that promotes multicultural understanding should comprise of people who score good on psychological scales of Multicultural awareness, empathy, organizational citizenship behaviour, the group must be comprised of people who belong to people with different cultural backgrounds and even minorities. They must be given an introductory seminars that promotes the richness of each of theirs culture and history of origin or tradition of these cultures. Also promote why each of them is irreplaceable and important.
