1.Health equity : It is study and causes of diferences in quality of health and healthcare across different populations.

Discussion about problem in different countries :

Specific health problems are affected with social economy of specific country as per this conditions treatment of basic disease and maintaining hygeine is judged.

As per income and other conditions such as socioeconomic status of that country health expenses differ. In UK (Great Britain) socioeconomic condions are in wealthier and therefore basic expenses for health is high. And due to this other expenses such as expensive food such as food in fast food chain restaurant which are responsible for many unhealthy habits and lead to gastrointestinal diseases.

In other case china and India now developing countries and having large no. Of factory and industry leading to environmental pollution and causes various diseases related to skin and breath and lead to decrease in life expectancy.

In other hand African poor countries like Tanzania, Senegal, Congo are fighting with poverty and disease spread in these countries related to basic health such as polio, chickenpox, rubella which are due to its lack of money and education and results into high mortality rate in infants.

Cuban healthcare system :

Good aspect :

1.low mortality rate in infant.

2.totaly free treatment for countrymen.

3.high life expectancy.

4.cost saving treatment.

5.Healthcare team comprise of family doctor, nurse and volunteer who surveys among the country and treats the people to avoid bigger health problems in future.

Some bad aspects :

1.high abortion rate in case of difficulty in pregnancy women were insisted for abortion.

2.for saving money on treatment patient asked to keep their own bed sheets and other things from home. Which cause unhealthy usage of clothes and other things because of it is not in hospital control.

3.restrictions on various bad food and other prohibition such as no smoking which cause lack of enjoyment.

Other countries can learn from Cuban system of health care :

1.can arrange yearly basic whole body check programme.

2.can encourage people to participate in health programme to save money.

3.restriction on bad fast food habit and any other bad habits to maintain social health.

4.special attention on lowering infant mortality rate.
