Find f(x+4)

f (x+4) = 4(x+4)^2 -5(x+4) + 5

= 4(x^2+16+8x) -5x -20 + 5

= 4x^2 + 64 + 32x -5x -20 +5

= 4x^2 +27x + 49

Option B is correct answer.
