There were so many eithical issues that were potrayed in the documentry, few of them are as below
1.Ken lay has encourage has encouraged his employees to invest in enron's own stock though they knew that it was going to fall.
2. All the accountants and Ken Lay were responsible for showing manipulated earnings in their books, as this is highly unethical and illegal as well
3.Jefferey Skilling, who was a COO of Enron, was unrthical in many parts, he left the company before it was falling apart and he hasn't disclosed the correct information to the investors when asked.
4.Another person who was responsible is Andrew Fastow, he was directly responsible for cooking books and showing wrong number to the investors, he has been the person full of corruption and has earned a lot of money in the chaos.
