The density of air can be found from textbooks or online using the height given(6500 m).

density d = 0.62426 kg/m3 ( 0.5096 is the relative density. It should be multiplied with a reference density 1.225 kg/m3 )

Given Pressure difference  \Delta P = 6.68 kPa

Therefore velocity   P =0 dva

v = 2*6.68 + 103 T 0.62426

v = 146.292 m/s (Answer)
