given data:-

Reginald wants to be buy a new collar for each of his dogs =3

r=3

the collector come in a choice of different collars=7

n=7

STEP 1:-

the 3 dogs are possible if repetition of collar are allowed =n

=73

=343

STEP:2

when the repitition of colors is not allowed, then,the success dogs can not take any of the color which previous one has already taken.Hence, no.of possible selections are:

7*6*5=210
