Answer #1

phosphorus molecular weight 30.97

Number of phosphorus mole required for reaction = 2.5 moles

number of moles = weight of the atom / molecular weight of the atom

weight of the atom = number of moles x molecular weight of the atom

required weight of phosphorus = 2.5 x 30.97 = 77.425 g

77.425 g of phosphorus is 2.5 moles
