Answer #1

Answer:

The indirect pay benefit that would be included in the plan is health and life insurance policies for the employees of first class books. Provision of health and life insurance policies will address two different benefits for the company. One being that it will help company in complying with the OSHA standards of providing and implementing health and safety measures in an organisation for its employees and another one being that the company would be able to motivate their employees by providing certain benefits for their safety purpose.

This formal indirect pay benefit will take smaller amount of company for the provision of benefit, will yield higher benefits to the employees and will save the higher amounts of the company which they are paying in the form of direct pay benefit.

In this way Brain will be able to take the first class books out from the financial crisis in a gradual manner.
