f = 18 N

r = 1.4 m

m = 13 kg

R = 6.6 m

net torque = 39 - f * r + m * g * R

net torque = 39 - (18*1.4) + (13*9.8*6.6) = 854.64 Nm

net torque = I*alfa

alfa = net torque/I

alfa= 854.64/25.5

alfa= 33.515 rad/s^2
