a stack of neodymium button magnets (12 mm diameter, 75 mm tall) dropped from 0.2 m high, generates an average +2.375 V for 0.04 seconds as it enters a lab coul thag has 800 thens apeead along 40 mm tall, each with 0.112 m circumference (28 mm long x 28 mm wide).
compute the magnetic field inside the magnet stack.

these are also questions that have to do with this one that I'd appreciate if you answered, but the magnetic field is the main concern.
-if the stack's magnetic North pole was down, what direction of electric field was induced as the stack entered as seen from above? could you explain this?
-how much voltage aggregates along each loop?
-if the stack takes 0.0375 s to exit the coil downward what average voltage would be generated?

Answer #1

G) Assuming coil is made of uniform kind of material: N = 800 turns, total voltage = 2.3750 Voltage across single loop =) 2.3ယ် Since the north pole is calling down, according to Lenzs law. current generated will be in the counterclockwise direction
