Given resistances

R1 = 23412

R2 = 15912

R3 Ξ 3012

When resistances are connected in series then

Req = R1 + R2 + R3

Req = (234 + 159+ 301)

Reg 694Ω

Now for parallel

1 + + R Ri R2 R3

1 1 1 + + R 234 159 301

1 0.01388507 R

1 = R 0.01388507

R= 722

In parallel combination answer is 72 ohm.
