Solution:-

By observing data from given table, we obtained

Maximum value = 13 and

Minimum value = 3

So,

Class Width = (max - mini)/2 = (13 -3)/4 = 10/4 = 2.5≈3

So, Class Width = 3

Using this class width and given table , the chart is completed as shown below-
