Yes following variables are not significant (insignificant) as their significance values are more than 0.10

Number of bedrooms ( sig. = .214),

Lot size (sig. = .186),

Building conditions (sig. = .731).

You can remove these three independent variables from your model and re run the model with remaining significant variables.
