Thus the overall regression is significant.

c. The p value for test of significance of regression is 0.00001 which is less than 0.05 thus there is significant relationship betweenbetween mpg and horsepower.

d. The coefficient of determination is 0.6198 thus 61.98% variation in the mpg is explained by the regression equation.
