2) n*p and n*q both must be greater than 5

3) Sample size n is no more than 5% of the population size.

For right tail test critical value is positive

So critical value is 3.7328

#3) α = 0.01 , two tail test , n = 29 , df = 29 - 1 = 28

For two tail test, there are two critical values one is negative and another is positive
