Answer #1

Solution: Given that there are 7 speakers who are selected to give spech on how they spent their summer vacation.

Now

the 7 people can be arrange on these 7 places.

_ _ _ _ _ _ _

lets assume that on the 1st place there is one speaker out of those 7

7 _ _ _ _ _ _

Now there are remaining 6 places where we have to choose a person. but now we have only 6 people who can be selected on that place.

7 * 6 _ _ _ _ _

In this way,

Now the 7 places can be arranged as,

7*6*5*4*3*2*1 = 7!

Thus the total number of ways speakers can be arranged is in 7! ways

i.e 7! = 5040 ways
