It will be called as mutant allele. There is some mutation in the binding site, due to which primer cannot bind.

Null allele is the one where there is no RNA production, but primers are required for RNA synthesis, so it won't be null allele.

Trisomy occurs in meiosis, when there is disjunction of chromosomes.

Point allele is when there is error in one nucleotide.
