Behavioral family system therapy is very helpful for the treatment of the anorexia nervosa. In the disorder of anorexia nervosa we find that the victim suffers from low weight due to starvation and much exercise. It is one of the eating disorder and it is very harmful and it can be dangerous.
With the help of the behavioral family system therapy the family members are included and they become aware of the problems. Naturally they can care the victim and they help the victim not to remainin in starvation or not to do much exercise. If they become careful to the victim then the victim can recover very soon. With the help of the family members the unnatural behaviour can be removed and the victim can get social support. It helps to improve the cognitive level of the victim.
