A team has different individuals and each individual has different strengths and weaknesses that can be complimented by the another individual in the same team. But, it is only possible when these individuals work with cohesion in the team. So, there is a need of a person to mentor the team that could assess the strengths and weaknesses of each members and help them know it and answer to questions regarding how these weaknesses can be eliminated. This type of person as mentor is required to be very good in man management so that everyone works in the team for the common objective. It is only possible when a person as team mentor can assess the members and make a right pairing so that individuals complimenting each other, cover the weaknesses as well as help learn from each other. It develops trust upon each other when people learn from each other and team working as a very cohesive unit, starts. The whole team work is closely monitored, moderated and rightly intervened to make them team remain effective and grow.
