Analytical note on the Investing Activities of the Company

a) The Company has maintained in liquidity position and invested $1,559,635 in the deposits during the year. This will help the Company in maintaining liquidity for conducting the operations of the Company.

b) The Company has also invested significantly on purchase of capital assets. These capital assets will help in increasing the profitability of the Company in coming years.

c) No significant sale of capital assets, real estate investments etc noted during the year.

d) Fair valuation gain both realized and unrealized are significant for the year. This has really helped the Company in achieving good profit for the current financial year.

e) Purchase of financial assets is a current assets and will improve the current ratio of the Company.

f) Cash dividend is an income for the Company. It means its investments are generating income for the Company. And some part of the bank deposits are matured during the year similar to previous year.

Overall investing activities has generated a good amount of cash flows. Although it is less as compare to previous year due to more purchase of capital assets and less sale of capital assets and real estate investments.
