Q1) The DNS message is the Response Message

Q2) The port Number used to Send Query is Port 53 as the connection is using UDP protocol ( Given as src port in screenshot )

Q3)

The Number of Answer RRs = 3

RRs are Resource Record i.e a File which reflects vital information for the associated DNS Domain Zone.It is used to describe the characteristics of a zone . Answers RR basically tells the number of matches that are found for the host name given in DNS query
