Subject: Some advices in process of study

Dear xxx,

It appears that there are some problems in the process of study. Chemistry is a very interesting subject and if one studies it with full concentration then we can easily understand it. There you should take the study with positive aspects and you must begin the study of chemistry with proper concentration.

It also appears that you do not sleep as expected to stop according to the doctors a mature person needs to sleep at least 8 hours in a day. But it appears that you only sleep for 5 hours and this causes many problems in memorization. If you sleep less then you will be victim of lack of concentration and hazardous memory. You will not be able to concentrate to your subject. It also hampers the study. Besides only studying chemistry 2 days in a week one cannot get good marks in the subject. It needs more time because it is a difficult subject to understand and one needs to give more time to this subject. So you should provide more time to chemistry so that the subject become familiar to you.

The surprising matter is that when you study chemistry you keep your phone with vibration. There are lots of notification of social media and messages and whenever your phone vibrates your attention goes to the phone. When your attention goes to the phone you cannot remember what you studied before seeing the message in your phone. It breaks concentration and the continuation of the study. On the other hand it also prevents in memorizing the study.
