Learning about business communication foundations and various direct and indirect approaches are necessary to manage the pandemic situation, here, we will be working on knowing the current situations, consequences that may be generated with such situations, various risks as associated with such pandemic situations. We also work on knowing the communication requirements of various stakeholders in that critical time; we could fulfill such requirements and bring more flexibility, healthy options by taking preventive care and by considering work from home assignment.

Let me consider one leader, who is HR manager by position, that leader has utilized the myriad communication skills. I chose this person as he have put many emphasizes on the communication practices, communication activities, he has also taken various preventive roles like keeping all employees aware of the current pandemic situation, built instruction on how to come to the work place and perform the work with maintaining social distancing, he has also instructed various PPE’s that could protect employee from unsafe situation and keep them hygienic.

This leader-HR Manager has utilized team building skills, where, he has brought different orientation within the team, he has considered current situation of pandemic and tried to build communication in virtual platform, where each team member could meet each other and they can discuss on the critical issues, further, he has aligned workforces or resources to the ongoing tasks, so, organization has been least impacted with such pandemic situation.
