Answers
A) Reaction >1 - enzyme > hexokinase
Reaction > 3 - enzyme > phosphofructokinase
Reaction >10 - enzyme > pyruvate kinase

B)
Reaction >3 - Phosphosphofructokinase is allosterically inhibited by high levels of ATP.

Reaction >1 - hexokinase is inhibited by glucose-6-phosphate.

Reaction >10 - pyruvate kinase is the enzyme catalyzing the third irreversible and last reversible step in glycolysis. In mammals different genes encode several isozymic forms of pyruvate kinase - the L type and the M type. ATP allosterically inhibits both L and M forms to slow down the process of glycolysis.

You are running a physics experiment with n complicated steps that you must do in order, and students sign-up for some steps to help. Your experiment requires n steps, and each of the m students gives you a list of which steps they can help out with (steps require special skills). From experience, you know things run most smoothly when you have as little switching of shifts as possible. For example, if your experiment has <1, 2, 3, 4, 5,...

    10. Write a one-page summary of the attached paper? INTRODUCTION Many problems can develop in activated sludge operation that adversely affect effluent quality with origins in the engineering, hydraulic and microbiological components of the process. The real "heart" of the activated sludge system is the development and maintenance of a mixed microbial culture (activated sludge) that treats wastewater and which can be managed. One definition of a wastewater treatment plant operator is a "bug farmer", one who controls the aeration...
