This is a Cooperative Learning Community (CLC) assignment.
The purpose of this assignment is to analyze different types of legal damages and equitable remedies for breach of contract
For the Topic 4 assignment, you contracted with a number of vendors for a birthday party you were planning. In this assignment, you will need to expand the party story line to include breach or nonperformance of each of the contracts outlined in the Topic 4 assignment. The breach or nonperformance of contracts must result in the application of each type of remedy including:
In a 250-500 word narrative, summarize the party scenario and contracts, the breaches/nonperformance of contracts, and the contract remedies and damages.
EXPLANATION:
Failure to perform particular tasks specified in the contract is a direct contravention of this sort of breach, which happens as a consequence of a direct contravention of the contract. I have tried to book a hotel for the celebration of my birthday since it was my party, but the group planner has refused to book a hotel, and the breach is considered direct contraventions. For these violations, the company has clear redress for the event planner responsible for the contract infringement. The resulting contravention shall be connected to the infringement but not specifically associated with damages of this sort which may be required to occur because of non-performance or breach of the contract. In my case, these are the extra fees I had to pay to book a hotel in the last moment, to tell everyone that the venue for the celebration has changed.
Reliance Schäden (reliance damage) means the amount of compensation to a person who has sustained a monetary harm in the financial term because he has behaved in reliance on other parties for which he has failed in fulfilling their part of the ContractRestitution. In the case that the court orders a member to carry out an individual duty, such as the duties to carry out the contract Injuncture shall be open for lawful and equal redress before the courts, where the court can order or refrain from performing an individual function or act, if the party refuses to comply with a recourse to the court of injunction, the criminal or civil penalty may be imposed
