Racism refers to the unfavourable treatment or negative actions directed towards members of a particular race /ethnic group/black people .These people were marginalized.Many factors influence the development of racist views.Generally people have a tendency to form ingroup and outgroup.we like to belong to the people of our own culture ,race,nationality etc.This ingroup - outgroup differntiation paves the way for racism .Everyone has a feeling that their group is superior to others.We blame others for our problems.Marginalized people are our easy victims.Other factors influencing the development of racist views are being judmental towards others, friends/relatives exhibiting racism ,viewing black people as inferior,prejudical remarks without any reasoning etc.
