Step1##XML:

• It is text based language which define set of rules which encode docs in a format that can be read bu human and machine.
• It facilitate sharing data across electronic devices through network. It helps to transport between applications.
• This allows to create customised tags and also facilitates validation , transmission and interpretting data in applications.

step2##HTML:

• It is a popular markup language which is used for webpage and application development.
• It is the building block of web pages and applications.
• It also helps in designing web web pages which are rendered on side of client.
• This is a language which web browzer uses to compose and interpret text and images.

• Python is the one of the fastest growing technology and different from both of these.

Comparisons: XML and HTML are similar in many cases but python is different from the two in all aspects. HTML and XML allows to create customised tags. In HTML we have fixed tags but can develop customised language which is known as vocabulary applications. But in XML the formatting of tags is neccessary. The tags used for structuring html doc is predefined and so on. The syntax of XML is verbose and redundant which causes higher storage and high cost. So, it is not suitable for large data. The XML is less readable . It dont allow intrinsic data type. In HTML it lacks checking of syntax and structure. It is less suitable for data interchange nor it is context aware. It don't allow us to describe the information content. It not extensible and very unstable language as it is not object oriented language. These all drawbacks can be overcome using python and is one of the most efficient technology for business like PVF.
