It is very common in a business plan to have a risk and mitigation plan. Identify the biggest risk in their growth strategy. Again, this is based on your opinion. A risk could be over estimating their projections, an unrealistic timeline, or a whole number of other things.

The biggest risk I feel in the above mentioned growth strategy is that there is no risk and mitigation plan for any probable threats to the project. The has been no planning done in order to have an alternate plan or strategy in case if the primary plan is compromised in any manner. This is the biggest risk to the project as the project would not be able to manage or control even the simplest of threats.
