Please don't hesitate to give a "thumbs up" for the answer in case the answer has helped you

p = x/n = 622/1091 = 0.5701

The Z for 99% CI is 2.576

The 99% CI given by :

p +/- Z*sqrt(p*p'/n)

= .5701 +/- 2.576*sqrt(.5701*(1-.5701)/1091)

= 0.5315 to 0.6087

Answer: (0.5315, 0.6087)
