False. As the chemical equilibrium is achieved the rate of formation of products is equal to the rate of formation of the rectants . i.e the rate of forward reaction is equal to the rate of backward reaction. It doesnt mean that the whole reagents will be converted o the products and their conecentration will be zero. The concentration of reactants and the products remains constant when the chemical equilibrium is achieved.
