5, Complete and accurate medical and nursing documentation maily useful for the protection of the patient,protect the treatment regimen,and protect the health care provider,complete and accurate documentation ensures client get right care at the right time.the documentation also helps to support spiritual and familial concerns ,it also helps to understand the needs of the persons,their views ,resources available in the family,preference of choices, etc It will help the patient and the family to fulfill their needs.

6,The palliative care or hospice care focused on the allivation of the suffering and the improve the quality of the life of terminally ill. pattiative care programme  understand clients spiritual,cultural,social ,emotional,physical needs of the client and try to fullfill that needs it will help to the client to improve the quality ot the life.
