Job satisfaction plays a crucial role in the organisation 's behavior which, depending on the degree of satisfaction, can affect employees as well as the employer. Employment satisfaction was described as' affective or emotional responses to various influences on the job. Statistics suggest that more happy workers are less likely to leave the organisation, particularly if the core ideals of the business are intact, even though the work environment is good for them.

One's conduct is greatly influenced by attitudes. Satisfying and committed employees are less likely to resign, take less off days, strengthen relationships with peers and managers and increase their results. A happy worker becomes a successful worker. People's perceptions and opinions continue to reflect on their personal life as per their work. For example , people who are happy with their working lives are believed to have a better at home and vice versa.

Conflicts with a supervisor result in a disappointed employee which will negatively affect his or her life. I should approach it from a personal point of view. My employer did not accept that it would be helpful for me to cross a train into her job in my former position. I guess she has always suffered a little neglect. Since her actions had changed against me, I hadn't felt valued, my everyday life began to feel like my shoulder was overburdened – there was no reason left to get to work. As my days passed, I was less inspired and I was no longer happy with the work before I eventually left.

Another person's satisfaction The text compares the greatest work satisfaction of South Korea with Mexico with the least of South Korea's. That is because South Korean workers worldwide are accustomed to contemporary jobs, and workers from a disadvantaged country are less prone to it.
