And green color is recessive so, symbol is y.

Now, both parents have Yellow colored seeds but, in the F1 Progeny green that is recessive seed is also coming up.

This can only be possible if , the parents carry a recessive gene. Thus, the parents should be Heterozygous. So, genotype of both parents should be Yy and Yy.
