four randomly selected dogs were tasked with performing a trick. The time they took to perform the trick before and after being presented with a treat are as follows:

dog 1: before=13 seconds, after=10 seconds

dog 2 : before=15 seconds, after=16 seconds

dog 3 : before=15 seconds, after=11 seconds

dog 4: before=17 seconds, after=13 seconds

let μD denote the true mean difference in before and after (calculated as before minus after), find the upper limit of a 95% confidence interval for μD. Assume the differences (before minus after) are normally distributed.
