Some of the primary works that can be provided are;
1. Mobility loss;Mostly elderly people find it difficult to move as age increases. Therefore, the primary care workers provide on-site classes which gives training about the various methods they can use without any diffculties.
2.Visual and hearing impairments;routine screening is best f\delivered in the primary care settings for the edlerly population to find out and guide any visual and hearing problems arises.
3.Cognitive impairment;primary care services are provided for these groups inorder to find out any cognitive impairment is there and measures aregiven to them to delay these imparments up to the maxium.
