Because almost all the organization produce the goods or services to customers through the skilled workforce I.e the employees of the organization. When the employees are retained in the organization, companies can produce more goods and services with the best quality which will help in driving more customers to companies. Employees with different skill in the organization help to produce wide varieties of products and services based on the customer preferences. Eventually all these will help to enhance the revenue of the organizations.
Organization cannot always relay on the technology or automation. Because automation and technology needs the employees to operate.
Good orgnaization ethics and morale help in motivating the employees thus productivity increases this will result in reduced cost to the organization.
