Strategic planning helps an organization to perform better
calculating all the resources and energy it has and how to use
optimistically. It helps to identify the loopholes that might not
allow organization to reach at it's higher scale and how to fix
those weakness.
Planning involves setting objectives and goals where the
organization wants to reach in near future.
For strategic plans in healthcare, organization need to focus and
work. It mut ensure that they are following steps rather than going
on a free for all. Following the strategy, avoiding too many
matrices, clearly defining roles, responsiblies will make the plan
work.
When the organization propose new service then it is necessary
than it has clear mapping over directions and goals that it has to
achieve. It gives sense of right decision, creating progress chart
and changing approach when necessary.
Since each service provided by organization requires a different
way to lead. Replication of prior objective might not work for the
new service. Depending on the demand and how well service will

calculated.
Developing all the strategy provided inputs should be done.
How the strategy will be excuted, must be part of plan. Calculating
all the possible events with their probability and learning from
past experience is important. What previously failed should not
repeat.
Last but not the least review the plan and put all the means to
make service successful.
