In the above table the four types of pair of locations are shown with different colors where the fire trucks can be place (All the tabular values are less than 34 mins)

- The selected fire truck location should able to cover at least 3 locations

- The assigned locations should able to cover the locations as much as possible

- The total sum of travelling time from assigned location to other locations should be as small as possible
