I have completed this lab (Experiment 13 Acid and Base, Part 2) and want feedback on if I doing the equations correctly? I have included my answers in the question. Are these correct? Pour about an inch of lemon juice into one jar and label it "acid." Put two level teaspoons of baking soda and about half a tablespoon of water in another jar. Now pour a tablespoon of lemon juice acid into the third jar for testing. Add the...
Hi, I just did a Lab experiment called the Air Bag Experiment which involved sodium bicarbonate and sulfuric acid. The first experiment with the selected bag had sodium bicarbonate as the limiting reagent and the second experiment with the same bag had sulfuric acid as the limiting reagent both of these conditions will cause for the bag to inflate. I was giving a discussion question that asked: Why would the bag inflate the same for each condition?
i am having trouble determining the calculations for table 3.
Can you please show me how to do the calculations? thank you!

2. Carly the chemistry student performs an experiment with vinegar (active ingredient acetic acid, CH,COOH) and baking soda (NaHCO3). Her professor asks her to place varying amounts of baking soda and vinegar into sealable plastic bags, quickly seal the bags, and observe the reaction. The balanced chemical equation for the reaction is given here NaHCO3(aq) + CH.COOH(aq) → CO2(g) + H20(1) - NaCH,COO(aq) a) Use limiting reagent calculations to fill in the following table. An Alka-Seltzer tablet consists of NaHCOs (sodium bicarbonate), citric acid (H3C&HsO; citric acid is triprotic), aspirin and other inert ingredients. When dissolved in water, citric acid and NaHCO3 components react as follows: In the first part of the experiment, we will determine the mass of NaHCO in a tablet of Alka Seltzer. To do this, we will use a known mass of a powdered sample of Alka-Seltzer and determine the mass of CO2 gas...
Does the pH of the solution increase, decrease, or stay the same when you add solid sodium hydrogen oxalate, NaHC2O4 to a dilute aqueous solution of oxalic acid, H2C2O4?
